About us

What we do

We are a non-profit 501c (3) charity that raises funds to help children and young adults with neurological disabilities

We bring young adults and children with neurological disabilities the tools and experiences they need in order to “live their best lives” through opportunity, housing and community. The experiences we provide are both educational and enriching for our consumers. Our educational experiences, such as learning how to independently grocery shop or job interview training, prepare our consumers to navigate their lives with greater autonomy. We also program trips to the zoo, COSI, state parks, and even out-of-state or global outings so these individuals can enjoy the exact same experiences that many of us take for granted.

We have proudly been able to provide our consumers with affordable housing since 2019, which comes with affordable furnishings, maintenance, and support staff. We currently own 10 homes and are hoping to raise that number to 15 by the end of 2022. Personal housing allows our consumers to consistently practice life skills and enjoy independence in a safe, supportive environment.

Everyone thrives when they are wholly integrated with their community, and our consumers are no different. They enjoy volunteering and other civic activities that allow them to give back to the communities they love so much.

Nothing we do would be possible without the support of our incredible community. Your donations and support allow us to continue to change the lives of these individuals every day. Thank you.

Our approach

Our Mission
We all have the Ability to Matter

Regardless of the abilities someone has, everyone has the ability to matter. We strive to ensure young adults with neurological disabilities live their best lives knowing that they matter and are an important part of their community.

Our Vision
To bring all members of the community together

We believe that inclusion is the cornerstone of any community. We plan to continuously spread awareness of neurological disabilities and engineer opportunities that fully integrate individuals with these disabilities into their communities.
